June Meeting  Presentation: Finding Your Baseline
Most of the Meeting was recorded, including the monthly check-ins from participating schools.  A key first step in starting the Challenge is establishing a baseline.  Those with questions about how to do that will want to see the EPA Presentation on "Finding Your Baseline" which begins approximately 10:27 into the recording.

4 schools in the Challenge
The initial call/webinar for the PA Higher Education Food Recovery Challenge. A good mix of interested schools and schools already committed to the Challenge were in attendance. We had speakers from "first joiners" Mercyhurst and Messiah. We heard a bit of background on the Challenge and Luke Wolfgang of the EPA spoke a little bit about using the software to report.
