PERC organizational documents

The members of PERC are Pennsylvania institutions of higher education. Institutions interested in becoming members of PERC, should contact the executive director.  As part of the process, prospective member schools may execute the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which incorporates the corporate bylaws by reference.  Both are available for download below.
