Making it Work

Ten years ago, a group of Shippensburg Area Middle School students were looking for a project to better their community. In cooperation with Shippensburg University art professor Ben Culbertson and a host of others from the town and the university, they created and deployed 300 ceramic storm drain markers with the idea of educating the public about where storm water goes.
