Luke Wolfgang of the U.S. EPA will announce a National Award Winner from the PHE-FRC. 

We will answer any questions you might have about data gathering at year's end for efficient reporting in the 1st quarter of 2017.

The featured segment takes an in-depth look at Food Recovery work being done at Cabrini College. The EPA's Tom O'Donnell who has been working with Cabrini, will lead this two part segment. 

• Tom will report on the work they've done to drive awareness of food recovery into the curriculum. 
  
• We also hear how dining service is making progress on their food recovery efforts.
