Going to Zero Launch

With the support of Pennsylvania House member Steven McCarter, leader of the Pennsylvania Climate Caucus, PERC will launch its Going to Zero campaign. Lead by Widener University's Donald Brown, Going to Zero is an effort to organize Pennsylvania Higher Education institutions along with partner organizations in real work on Climate Change-both in the areas of mitigation and adaptation.
