Sustainability Curriculum Consortium Faculty Conference

The SCC Faculty Conference focuses on Pedagogy, Content & Leadership for ESD with a mix of panels, workshops, roundtables and facilitated dialogue and an emphasis on peer-to-peer exchange.

This is an opportunity for you to meet other sustainability educators from across the country working on living labs, sustainability across the curriculum, and breakout sessions on a variety of topics. 

Our keynote speaker is David Orr of Oberlin University and author of The Nature of Design, Earth in Mind, Ecological Literacy and other works. We will also meet some of Pittsburgh's sustainability champions including Joylette Portlock of Communitopia and Grant Irvin, Pittsburgh's Chief Resiliency Officer.

We are also open to presentations for our breakout session on pedagogy, leadership, and content. If you are interested in presenting, please email admin@curriculumforsustainability.org.
