PERC is pleased to announce that several schools have committed to joining PERC's PA Higher Ed Food Recovery Challenge (PHE-FRC)! First to join: Mercyhurst University followed by Messiah College and most recently, Shippensburg University. Our thanks and admiration to those first three schools for leading the way on the Challenge.

In addition to those who've signed up, we've had inquiries from schools interested in knowing more about the challenge. So we've set a date for the Challenge's first online meeting. All are encouraged to attend; schools who have joined the Challenge as well as those with questions.

We will start with an overview of the challenge from PERC and the EPA, a few words from participating schools and then we will take questions about the challenge. We will also solicit your input in regard to how PERC can make the Challenge most effective for the participating schools.

If you can't make it due to a scheduling conflict, perhaps someone else from your campus can attend.
